Updates for my Dukan Diet for Day 3:
Breakfast - Omelet with bacon & hot Milo milk
Late lunch: Black Pepper Chicken Chop with 2 Eggs and plain water
Dinner: Feeling full still with my late lunch so I just keep drinking plain water =.=
Update 2:
There's some changes of my flight itinerary to New Zealand.

And I'm really very pissed off with the Jetstar's customer service :(
I wish this matter can be solved soonest possible, it left another 8 weeks.
And I have to make the necessary changes based on the latest travel itinerary.
