Didn't sleep well the night before,
too upset with my stupid fellas.
Huuu...!!..
Too tired already last night,
slept soundly the whole night after popped my medicine.
Hehe.
And woke up feeling so good this morning :)
Updates on my day 2 Dukan Diet
Breakfast - Omelet with bacon *yum*
Lunch - Marmite marinated chicken drumstick with omelet
Snack - Melaleuca Attain Bar
Dinner - hot Milo milk
Farmhouse UHT taste a lot better than this brand.
And guess what, when I weighted myself on the scale this morning,
I'm 0.5kg lighter :)
When I'm "examine" my body in front of mirror,
I can feel that my tummy and waist look firmer too.
I have decided to continue having omelet with bacon as breakfast everyday!!
Tomorrow resume to work, I know it will be hard to be on Dukan Diet,
with the result within short time frame,
I'm motivated to try my very best to stay on!!
Note:
If you find difficult to stay on protein diet,
it is fine still consume fruits & vege just you won't get the result in short time frame.
And please cut carbo!
I was too bored yesterday and giving my iPhone4 a "housekeeping", reorganize all the applications I have ...

Time flies, today is the last day the 3 days Merdeka Raya Break.
Have to spend my "last day" wisely ...
Plans:
1. Attend 2 yoga classes tonight.
2. Pack my clothes for my beach holiday in Kijal this coming weekend.
3. Finish as many episode of my korean series as possible.
4. Nap as much as I can.
5. Plan for my 2 days in Auckland - HAHA if I feel like doing, booked my accommodation and transport, don't feel like doing tourist thingy, just relaxxxxx so no plan still HAHAHA!~
AND I'M READY TO BE BACK TO WORK TOMORROW!~
p/s: it's already 1st Sept, 2 more months to go and I will be seeing my baby in NZ
p/p/s: it is proud to tell you all, I'm enjoying what I am doing now
