maki roll

ingredient: 
japanese rice, vinegar, sugar, mayonese, seaweed spread, crabmeat, egg, cucumber and love (lotsa love)

steps:
(i) cook japanese rice using rice cooker, it takes about 15-20minutes. 
for the 15-20minutes time, you can actually use it to prepare the "stuffing".
once the rice is cooked, add vinegar + mayonese + sugar for the taste.

(ii) cook the crab meat with hot water. slice the cucumber in thin stick. 
fried the tamago and slice it. for the tamago, i add pinch of sugar :)


(iii) once everything is ready, rolling the maki time!
get a sheet of seaweed spread, spread the rice, add the "stuffing" then roll it, that easy!


(iv) chiang chiang! get ready some vinegar and knife. 
(you can put some vinegar on knife for easy cutting)


(v) done! my maki roll with all my love. *YUM*


i'm a sushi fanatic.
this home made maki roll save my craving over the weekend :)

It's Friday! And I'm feeling good today :) Spreading my good feeling ...

teeeheee! it's friday :)
i'm feeling so good today and 
i'm going to spread my good feeling around!~


me with spec (haha contact lens - OOS) & light make up. 
i used bb cream today before my cake foundation to give a flawless skin look. 
as usual, brush plus eyebrow pencil to complete the whole natural look :)

i'm feeling good even though IT'S JAM! 


my heart shape desktop screen saver to constantly remind me how much i'm loved and love, love, love ...
guess love is the most important element to cheer one up, no matter how, what & when ... agree?

it will surely brighten my bad day up.

My diet plan

as mentioned in my earlier post,
i have a diet challenge deal with crystal.
1 month challenging starting 7th May - 7th June.

and i.
i just kick start,
after my period.
(1 week after period will be the golden week for diet *happy*)

for this round,
i'm aiming to lose 3kg,
with the help of attain nutrition shake & fiber wise.




my plan:
(breakfast) 1 scope of attain nutrition shake (chocolate flavor)
*i used to add another one more scope of amway protein but my colleague was telling me the protein contained already enough. i guess that's why i can't lose weight even though i started bout 1 month already. however, good thing is, no matter how big meal i have, i never gain weight but maintain :)
so for this time round, i will skip amway protein
(morning break) fiber
(lunch) normal lunch out with colleagues
(dinner) fiber
*attain if i'm hungry

my weight as of this morning: 48kg 
(hmm not sure is it accurate, tried weighted at fitness center before, i was 3 kg heavier than the weight i weighted at home =.=)
target: 45kg!!

not to forget: exercise!
i have plan with crystal to go her place for swimming,
twice a week.

exercise is important to tone up my body.

my weight is stagnant for quite some time even though i was on diet.
joe was complaining and teasing me sure i won't success for this round.
hmmm! i'm going to show him the result with my determination.

yay, determination, the key word.

Tuesday. Public Holiday. A day by myself.

it's been quite a while ...
i never really have such a lazy day, all alone, by myself.

i spend most of my weekends with my bb.
he is leaving the country real soon,
thus, the time with him before he left is really precious to me.

i have a few plans on mind for the day but ended up ...
I SPENT MOST OF THE TIME ON BED,
reading 九把刀's books.
(i'm addicted to his books because of bb)
and i finished 3 books in 1 day :)

making "Unbake Cheese Cake" plan was cancelled last minute as well.
i would put the blame to the unforeseen weather.
ohhhh yaaa!~
it was raining ...
such a great weather to just chill at home with books &
YUMMY TREAT!

cooked myself
angel hair + preego cheese & herbs with button mushroom + bacon
for lunch & the leftover for dinner

and not to forget,
longan drink for desserts.

and of cause,

the gang

it's been a week since we met.
even angeline is now in US already. 

the gang. my gang when back to leo burnett. 
aww miss you guys so so much already.

first, aurora to australia. then, angeline to US. 
later ... my bb to new zealand.

i was helping bb buying his flight ticket over the weekend. 
argh bb is leaving, in less than 2 months time. 

...

i should be thankful. 
thanks god for the extra half a year.
things happened for a reason.
i do believe the extra half a year worth more than anything.
the extra time let us know each other better.
building a strong base for this relationship before we started ...
our long distance relationship.

Saturday Girls Out with Crystal

It's been more than half a year I didn't meet up with Crystal :P 
Still remember the last round was her bf bringing us to Old Klang Road yummy Ba Kut Teh for dinner.

And last Saturday was a day without the "Men" for both of us so ...

A Saturday Girls Out at MV - the yummy lunch @ Zanmai, sweet treat of Baskin Robin Ice Cream, new try @ Ninja Joe for light dinner, shopping, chit-chatting, movie, books ... ...

It was a great one indeed, though both of us missing our "Men"










Haha, a diet challenge is set. 1 month challenge to lose at least 2 - 3 kg. I'm scare ... @____@
I'm ain't determine as she is ...

Challenge due by 7th June.
God bless me and you guys please pray hard for me!!

泡菜煎饼


:) simple dishes for light dinner/supper  - 泡菜煎饼

Ingredient:
flour, kimchi, egg (x1), water & pinch of salt 

Steps:
1. Cut kimchi into smaller pieces.
2. Mix the flour, egg (x1) with water, It shouldn't be too fluid. 
3. Add pinch of salt for the taste.
4. Fried it just like how you fried a pancake :).

miss my bb already ...

this weekend, without my bb ... argh! i'm missing him already T_____T

it was so random. and is called craving, sudden craving.
passed by ss2 the other day, wow, the durian smell was so tempting.
immediately i dropped hwee ching a facebook wall post and WOW 
these girls are so "efficient" ...
and we're here, ss2 donald durian the next day 
for our craving.

p/s: the portion is for 4 person sharing basis, thus, isn't too heavy so won't make you feel sleepy after meal, teeeehee !~
