ingredient:
japanese rice, vinegar, sugar, mayonese, seaweed spread, crabmeat, egg, cucumber and love (lotsa love)
steps:
(i) cook japanese rice using rice cooker, it takes about 15-20minutes.
for the 15-20minutes time, you can actually use it to prepare the "stuffing".
once the rice is cooked, add vinegar + mayonese + sugar for the taste.
(ii) cook the crab meat with hot water. slice the cucumber in thin stick.
fried the tamago and slice it. for the tamago, i add pinch of sugar :)
(iii) once everything is ready, rolling the maki time!
get a sheet of seaweed spread, spread the rice, add the "stuffing" then roll it, that easy!
(iv) chiang chiang! get ready some vinegar and knife.
(you can put some vinegar on knife for easy cutting)
(v) done! my maki roll with all my love. *YUM*
