Potato Salad

It was a lazy Sunday, overslept and missed my morning yoga class.
My muscle pain still making me feeling so hard to get myself up from the bed this morning.

By the time, I'm awake, it's already 10+
Haha :D

Fruit & Vege Juice + Mee Sedap for breakfast.
Walking here and there at home, wondering what can I do ...

Aha :P trying new recipe, potato salad.

It's very simple (thanks to my cousin sister, Stella again, for the sharing)!

Ingredients:
Potato (2), Mayonnaise, Vinegar & Onion.

Steps: 
1. Boiled the potato till it is soft. You can use chopstick to poke through the potato,
 if you can, means the potato is cooked.
2. Remove the potato skin.
3. Smash the potato. At this step, you can add in Mayonnaise and Vinegar.
4. Mix till it is balanced mixed then add in cut onion (in small cubes).
5. Mix again then you are done!
6. Fridge it for 30minutes, then it is ready to be served. 


p/s: tonight onwards, i'm going on Dukan Diet. Only protein is allowed, not vege/fruits/carbo!~ 
wish to shed some extra pounds. 
pray for me guys, I need to win the 3 months challenge with my baby. 
I need to stay firm!!

Determination is hell important for me now!!
